Ownership
• The client must provide a clear brief and
references before the project begins.
• Progress updates are available through Trello
(link will be shared after ordering).
• By placing an order, the client accepts and
agrees to the Terms of Service.
1. General
• I will provide updates throughout the process
(draft → final).
• The estimated turnaround time depends on
the number of scenes and the current queue.
• Fast orders may require an additional fee.
3. Workflow
Down payment (DP) is required before work
begins:
• 10–40 scenes → 40% upfront
• 50–70 scenes → 50% upfront
• 80–100 scenes → 60% upfront
For payments, I accept:
• BCA
The remaining payment must be completed
before the final files are delivered.
2. Payment
Refunds
Refunds or cancellations aren’t available once
progress has started, payment will serve as
compensation for the work completed.
4. Delivery
• Final files will be delivered through Google Drive,
WeTransfer, Discord, or other agreed platforms.
• Default format: H.264 / H.265
(other formats available upon request, just DM me).
• The client is responsible for saving the delivered files.
